As Ray Ables, Vice President of Live Production, North America, prepares to retire after more than 35 years of dedicated service to the poultry industry, Duane Weems joins Cobb as Vice President of Live Production, North America.
Weems brings more than 30 years of poultry industry experience spanning broiler, breeder, hatchery, and live production operations. Throughout his career, he has led complex multi-site organizations, integrated acquired facilities, developed high-performing teams, and successfully launched new operations from the ground up.
